STEPS TO ALIGNING YOUR PROGRAM

Review SHRM’s HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates for undergraduate and graduate HR/HR related degree programs.

1. Create a profile, or login to an existing account, by visiting the SHRM Certification portal at portal.shrm.org . 2. Click on the ‘Apply to be an Academic Institution’ link on your profile page. 3. Enter program information. Details should include, but are not limited to: a. Institution contact information (name, address, and email). b. Degree program website. c. Curriculum checklist or course details. i. Note: Please ensure courses are identified for each required content area. Overlap in course coverage is acceptable.
